PURPOSE:To effectively generate rotary driving force by a method wherein conductor plates are installed at the tip sections of an arm extending to the opposite sides of a rotary shaft and electromagnetic repulsive force between coils supplying pulses and the conductor plates is utilized. CONSTITUTION:An arm extending to the opposite sides of a rotary shaft 2 is installed at the rotary shaft 2 on a stand 1 and conductor plates 3, 4 are provided at the tip sections of the arm by symmetrically facing to the rotary shaft 2. And repulsion coils 5, 6 are fixed to the stand 1 to contact the conductor plates 3, 4 when the arm is at waiting state position and furthermore, stoppers 7, 8 are fixed to the stand 1 to contact the conductor plates 3, 4 when the arm is at the position of the state of completing rotation. Therefore, electromagnetic repulsive force by the induction current inducing on the conductor plates 3, 4 is generated by supplying the coils 5, 6 with a pulse current to rotate the conductor plates 3, 4 until contacting the stoppers 7, 8 and effective high rotary driving force can be obtained. |
