<p>The oleo-pneumatic accumulator uses a deformable membrane (6) to divide a cylinder (1) into two distinct volumes. Each end of the cylinder is closed by a plug (3,9) and the seals (5,12) are sited between the respective plugs and the internal cylinder wall. One (5) of the seals has edge beading incorporated on the membrane. The plugs may be identical and may slide into the cylinder, being fixed by a round section circlip (8) located by a half round groove (2) in the internal cylinder wall and by a plug shoulder (7). (7). Alternatively, the groove and the circlip may have rectangular cross-sections and the clip (15) may bear on the back of the plug. The bead is locked in place by housing into a groove (4) on the periphery of the plug.</p> |
