PURPOSE:To increase the sticking strength by baking a base onto a fluorescent lamp by use of a polyamide resin. CONSTITUTION:The inner surface of a base 1 is provided with a plural number of convexes 2, and a sintering polyamide resin cement 3 is applied above the convexes 2, that is, on the opening side of the base 1. Next, the end of a fluorescent lamp bulb is attached to the base 1 so as to heat the base 1 and to make the cement 3 to be molten, thereby baking the cement 3 onto the base 1 and the bulb. Following that, the cement 3 is solidified by cooling so as to make the base 1 and the bulb to stick together. |
