<p>The heat-energy storage equipment comprises a number of storage units (A-F), each with a heat exchanger (1a-1f). The latter are connected in series and supplied by a medium current flowing in a circuit containing a primary energy source (P). Each unit also contains a further heat-exchanger (3a,3b; 5c-5f), these also being connected in series and to a pipe (2,3) leading to the consumer unit (H,K). The outlet pipe from the primary source can incorporate a number of valves in series and pref. temp.-controlled, the outlet of one being connected to the heat exchanger (1a) of the unit taking the highest temp., and the following valves to the other heat exchangers.</p> |
