PURPOSE:The titled apparatus, which is capable of increasing the operating efficiency of a fine spinning frame, preventing the trouble, manufacturable at a low cost, and designed to process and analyze signals from an electronic broken fiber sensor in the respective spinning spindles concentratedly and indicate the abnormality. CONSTITUTION:Sensors 61-6n are provided near yarns 11-1n in ballooning and electric signals are fed to a broken yarn discriminator 71. The sensors 61-6n send intermittent signals according to the ballooning, and the signals are amplified by amplifiers 281-28n, integrated by time constant circuits 291-29n to open switch circuits 301-30n. When the yarn 1n is broken, the signal of the sensor 6n disap- pears, and the switch circuit 30n is closed to give a signal to the output from a logical circuit 31. An indicator lamp 121 is then lighted. A digital-to-analog converter 39 converts an analog potential of a voltage dividing resistor 38 to indicate the number of broken yarns on a digital counter 13. A comparator 40 sends an output corresponding to the signal limit of a limit setter 42 to an alarm lamp 23. |
