Yarn spinning spindle has its own drive system and is surrounded by a twister (I) pref. a bell, which also has its own drive system. One of the two drive systems and pref. that of the bell (I) has an inbuilt freewheel which allows the bell to over-run its drive system. No yarn balloon forms inside the bell to limit speeds.
