PURPOSE:To facilitate the mounting work of coils, and to improve productivity and quality by a method wherein a plurality of the coils wound previously are arranged into a die at predetermined intervals, molded integrally with a high molecular material and set up to a stator case. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of winding coils 2 wound beforehand are disposed into the die at the prescribed intervals. The high molecular material, such as synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, etc. is injected into the die, and molded integrally, and a coil plate 1 is manufactured. The coil plate 1 is mounted to the stator case of a motor. Accordingly, the coils can simply be set up positively, and there happen no accidents, such as disconnection, a fray, etc. because the coils are not treated as single bodies. |
