<p>PURPOSE:To enable a fluororubber valve body to be baked with good adhesive property, while generating no rust on a metal fitment body by a method in which after copper plating has been applied onto a fitment body, a part-fitting portion to be provided with fluororubber parts is coated with an adhesive, and after unvulcanized fluororubber has been vulcanized, it is baked and fixed, and further nickel plating is applied thereonto. CONSTITUTION:Copper plated film is formed on e.g. a whole solenoid valve body 1 by electroless plating, dipping the valve body into copper plating bath. Then, only the valve body fitting part 2 is coated with phenol adhesive 5 by means of brush coating. Said part is dried, and after the solvent of the adhesive has been volatilized, unvulcanized fluororubber and the metal plated fitment are vulcanization-molded in a mold and are baked, and then it is fitted to a valve body 3. After the thus produced baked fitment has been degreasingly treated, nickel plated film 6 is formed, applying electrolytic plating. Consequently, since the fitment body is copper-plated, an intermediate product does not rust, and since copper plating is used, the adhesive property to the fluororubber is not deteriorated.</p> |
