PURPOSE:To improve the stability for detecting a bubble signal, by providing a temperature comperature compensating resistance, and compensating the threshold voltage of a bubble detecting circuit. CONSTITUTION:When magnetic bubbles exist in detectors 2, 3 of a magnetic bubble memory chip 1, resistance values of the detectors 2, 3 are varied, and the output voltage of a bridging circuit by the detectors 2, 3 and resistances 6, 7 is varied. This variation is differentially amplified, and a bubble signal is detected through a comparator 9 whose threshold level has been set. On the other hand, as for a temperature compensating resistance 4 provided on the chip, to which a constant-current is supplied, the coefficient of temperature resistance is varied by an ambient temperature, the temperature compensating voltage is generated, and the threshold voltage of the comparator 9 is compensated. Accordingly, a variation of a bubble detecting signal due to a temperature is compensated substantially, and the stability for detecting a bubble signal is improved. |
