PURPOSE:To always form a constant volume and shape of a heat collecting head and to improve a measuring precision of temperature, by a method wherein, after a heat collecting member is deposited to a forward end of a thermal conductor fixing member, the deposited heat-collecting member is cut in a shape set beforehand. CONSTITUTION:A columnar thermal conductor fixing member 2, which is previously formed of magnesia, is first secured to a forward end of a metal cylindrical head body 1. One end of the conductor 3 consisting of a heater wire is argon-welded to an inner wall of the thermal conductor fixing member 2 to fasten it thereto. A heat collecting member 4 consisting of solder is then deposited to the forward end of thermal conductor fixing member 2. The sides and the forward end of the heat collecting member 4 are cut in a shape set beforehand. |
