PURPOSE:To form an acoustic-electro transducer with low cost and high performance, by the constitution of a vibration diaphragm coated with a conductor of a ferromagnetic thin film showing magnetic resistance effect and a magnetic path member, and a magnetic field generator supplying magnetic flux to the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:A vibration diaphragm P is constituted with a conductor 3 with a specified pattern of ferromagnetic substance thin film showing magnetic resistance effect, and a magnetic path member 3 of ferromagnetic substance thin diaphragm of a specified pattern at a part corresponding to the path of magnetic flux passed through the conductor 3 on a high polymer film 1. a magnetic field generator HA consists of a permanent magnet 4, center pole 5, and yoke 6. The magnetic field generator HA and the diaphragm P are coupled by fixing the external circumference of the diaphragm P at the upper end of the ring shape external wall of the yoke 6 of the device HA, to constitute an acoustic-electro transducer. |
