PURPOSE:To obtain an elevational adjusting device for a titled seat capable of occupying a space under a seat by adjusting the elevational and longitudinal directions of a seat with one motor, thereby commonly using constituent parts. CONSTITUTION:A pair of arms 16, 17 are pivotally secured to a pair of shafts 15 rotatably projected from the side wall of a bracket 14 at the lower end of a cushion 2. The other end of the arm 17 is pivotally secured to a bracket 18, and a bracket 8 is secured to a seat adjuster 4. The other end of the arm is pivotally secured to a link 20, and the other end of the link 20 is pivotally secured to a threaded rod 22. A gear 25 engaged with a shaft gear 26 is secured to one end of the threaded rod. A shift 27 is engaged with the shift gear 26, and is engaged with a spur gear of a worm gear box 29. The rotating force of a motor 7 is transmitted to either one of right and left shifting gears 26 via a worm gear box 29, thereby adjusting one of the right and left heights. |
