PURPOSE:To realize an inexpensive and practical optical circuit element, by providing a reflector so that the light passed through an optical filter having the desired wavelength transmitting property passes again through the optical filter. CONSTITUTION:The light delivered from an input port 1 is made incident to an interference filter 5 consisting of a dielectric multilayer film, and the light of wavelength lambda2 is reflected to be led to an output port 2. On the other hand, the light of wavelength lambda1 which passed through the filter 5 is reflected by a reflector 7 and then passes again through the filter 5 to be led to an output port 3. In such a way, an inexpensive and practical optical circuit element is obtained. |
