<p>PURPOSE:To provide a carcinostatic agent containing a specific benzoylurea compound as an active component. CONSTITUTION:A benzoylurea compound of formulaI(X is halogen or nitro; Y and Z<2> is H or halogen; Z<1> is halogen or CF3; A is =CH-, or =N-) is used as an active component. It is administered in the form of oral drug such as capsules, tablets, etc. or injection, etc. Dose: about 5-1,000mg, pref. about 50-500mg per kg of the body weight daily. The compound of formulaIcan be prepared by reacting e.g. the compound of formula II with the compound of formula III in a solvent such as benzene.</p> |
