PURPOSE:To realize a pulse oscillating circuit with an IC integrated into one package, by using four two-input NOR gates or NAND gates to constitute the circuit. CONSTITUTION:A monostable multivibrator consists of NOR gates G6-G8 connected in series successively, a capacitor C3 connected through a protecting resistance R4 between the output side of the NOR gate G7 and one input side of the NOR gate G6, a resistance R5 connected between the output side of the NOR gate G8 and one end of the capacitor C3 in the resistance R4 side, and a series circuit which is connected in parallel to the resistance R5 and consists of a diode D3 and a resistance R6. Another monostable multivibrator consists of an NOR gate G9, the NOR gate G6 where the output of the NOR gate G9 is received by the other input, a capacitor C4 connected through a protecting resistance R7 between the output side of the NOR gate G6 and one input of the NOR gate G9, a variable resistance VR2 connected between a power source VDD and the common connection point between the capacitor C4 and the protecting resistance R7, and a series circuit which is connected in parallel to the resistance VR2 and consists of a resistance R8 and a diode D4. |
