PURPOSE:To firmly adhere the reactor core by a method wherein a blank core is erected on horizontal surface at a part of the outer circumference, bonding resin solution is impregnated and hardened in the above state of condition. CONSTITUTION:The outer circumference of the ring-shaped blank core 23, consisting of steel plates of the same length and different width and one end of which is made even and a plurality of fan-shaped units placed in stepped form are arranged in a radial manner, is constrained and formed in one body, and erected on the horizontal bottom face 52 of an impregnating vessel at a part of the round outer circumference of the core 23, heated up and after the above has been made racuous, the blank core 23 is soaked in the liquid resin 32 of low viscosity to be used for bonding. When the resin infiltrated between the steel plates is increased in viscosity to a certain degree, the liquid resin 32 is exhausted, and the resin is hardened in a hardening furnace at the prescrived temperature. As the blank core is thus erected on a horizontal surface, a delta- shaped void 41 is horizontally positioned. Accordingly, even when the liquid resin 32 in the vessel 51 has been exhausted, the liquid 32 entered in the void 41 will not flow out, because the void 41 has a small delta shape having a side of 0.35mm. at the most which is the thickness of the steel plate and also by the helf of the adhesive strength of the liquid resin to the steel plate. |
