PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of an X-ray tube due to the timing lag in the case of applying a metal X-ray tube and to improve the long life of the X-ray tube, by adjusting each switching tube to be in the ON-OFF position of the same timing. CONSTITUTION:When a timing signal is generated from a signal generating circuit, an hour-minute timing signal set in timing adjusting circuits 21a and 21b is delayed, and transmitted to a corresponding tetrode tube controlling circuits 7a and 7b. The timing when tetrode tubes 3a and 3b turn ON is the same point of time. Also, when the timing signal vanishes, the corresponding circuits 21a and 21b are settled, so that the tubes 3a and 3b turn OFF at the same timing, depending upon the performance characteristics of each tube 3a and 3b, and cicuits 7a and 7b. Consequently, both tetrode tubes 3a and 3b can be turned OFF at the same time. |
