<p>PURPOSE:To increase a translation speed by storing word information and equivalent information in a pair. CONSTITUTION:An alphabet word, when inputted with alphabet keys, is inputted to an input register 16 to be displayed on a display part 11 while supplied to a comparing circuit 17. With a translation indication key, a control part presets row address data in an address register 24. With its set output, an AND gate 25 is opened and an AND gate 21 is closed. Then, address specification is started and addresses are specified successively. On the other hand, when an ROM15 is addressed, a pair of an English and a Japanese word are read out as data and supplied to a data register 18 and an end mark discriminating circuit 28 through an AND gate 19.</p> |
