PURPOSE:To obtain easily an FRP pipe excellent in abrasive resistance by a method in which after a ceramic sprayed layer has been wound onto a mandrel so that the ceramic layer forms its outer surface, FRP is formed on its surface by filament winding process. CONSTITUTION:The film sprayed with ceramic is wound onto a mandrel, and when an FRP layer is formed by filament winding process, the bubble of the ceramic sprayed layer is impregnated with resin, thereby obtaining high adhesion. The ceramic sprayed layer may be also formed on the inner surface of a small diameter pipe, and the length of the pipe is not limited by this process. Further, after the forming of FRP, the drawing out of the mandrel and the peeling of the organic film on the inner surface of the pipe are easily carried out. Since the surface of the organic film is transferred onto the surface of the ceramic sprayed layer thus obtained, said sprayed surface has excellent surface-smoothness and improved abrasive resistance. |
