PURPOSE:To obtain a forming product having a uniform smooth metallic skin without winkles on the metallic layer evaporated by following method in which a copy is obtained on the thermoplastic resin plate by a copy film, and then it is formed by thermoprocess into a desirable shape. CONSTITUTION:By thermal adhesion under pressure, a copy film 6 is stuck and copied onto the predetermined thermoplastic resin plate 7 on the side of its adhesive material layer 5, and the laminated plate 9 composed of a copy film 6 and a synthetic resin plate 7 is manufactured. Next, after this laminated plate 9 is softened by heating, the desirable shapes are obtained by thermoforming under reduced or increased pressure or thermoforming by bending. Polystyrene resin and vinyl chloride resin etc. are used for thermoplastic resin plate, and polyester resin with high tensile strength and small contractive property, is desirable for supporting film 1. |
