PURPOSE:To adsorb fluorine ions in water selectively and thoroughly by using an aminophosphoric acid type chelate resin adsorbed with metallic ions. CONSTITUTION:Aminophosphoric acid group shown in the formula wherein R indicates H, CH3, C2H5, R' indicates H, CH3, C2H5, C3H7, C4H9, CH2- C6H5 and R'' indicates H, alkali metals and alkaline earth metals is used as the functional group. A styrene-divinyl benzene copolymer, a phenol-formalin resin, etc. are used as the base material for the resin. The aminophosphoric type chelate resin is synthesized by using these. Next, metallic ions which form complex compound with flurine ion such as, for example, Fe ions, Al ions or the like are adsorbed on such chelate resin. The fluorine ions in water are removed by, for example, a column or batch process by using the chelate resin adsorbed with metallic ions in this way. |
