The invention relates to a preservation indicator for frozen or refrigerated products. The indicator consists of a case (1) or vessel made of glass, plastic or metal, preferably of cylindrical shape, being frangible or biodegradable, obtained, as appropriate, by assembly by force fitting, by means of grips (2), of two or n elements necessary for obtaining a leaktight container, intended to receive a liquid content (3) preferably with eutectic characteristics. The case is equipped with filling orifices (4), closed by solid or hollow conical keys and pre-cut walls (5) which act as valves during the expansion of the liquid when this liquid is in the freezing phase. <IMAGE>
