PURPOSE:To shorten the terminal of a voice coil and to simplify the operation by installing the connecting circuit to the voice coil on a diaphragm by using ultra-violet rays hardening type conductor ink. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 2, upper yoke 3 and lower yoke 4 are installed in a frame 1. On a diaphragm 5, a voice coil 6 is adhered, and on its surface, a connecting circuit 10 to a voice coil 6 by using an ultra-violet rays hardened type conductor ink is installed. This diaphragm 5 is attached to the frame 1 by ultrasonic-welding along with the outer circumference of the diaphragm 5. The connecting circuit 10 on the diaphragm and an external electrode are connected through a connecting spring or a conductor rubber 11 which is inserted into a small hole on this frame 1 then input a driving current to the voice coil 6. The voice coil terminal 8 is fixed to the connecting circuit 10 with a conductive bond 12. Fixing of voice coil 6 and the diaphragm 5 is performed by using a non-conductive bond 13. Spaces between the magnet 2 and upper yoke 3 and lower yoke 4 are adhered by using the non-conductive bond 13. |
