PURPOSE:To connect automatically facsimile different in communication procedures in accordance with the transmission mode of the calling side, by providing a prescribed switch unit. CONSTITUTION:A facsimile selective connection device 10 is provided with a manual changeover switch 4 having a transmission terminal connected to a facsimile 1, a transmission terminal connected to a facsimile 2, and a receiving terminal, a switch unit SWU which connects a call response signal to a line in the receiving and connects the receiving line to facsimiles 1 and 2 selectively, a line control device NCU, a receiving instruction signal detecting device MON, an oscillator OSC of 16Hz, an initial identification signal generator IIS-G, a DCN generator DCN-G, a PIS generator PIS-G, a buffer BUF consisting of an analogue delay circuit for sound band where the initial identification signal is stored, and a circuit CC which energizing respective elements and controls the switching of the unit SWU. As the result, facsimiles 1 and 2 different in mode are connected selectively to a telephone line 3. |
