PURPOSE:To obtain an article molded in one body by synthetic resins of different kinds which has very excellent strength of the fusion bonded part, by making special the structure of the separator provided in a die. CONSTITUTION:The resins of different kinds introduced from a resin introducing ports 2, 2' respectively are delivered above along a mandrel 3, fusion bonded near the tip part of a separator 5 and extruded out through the die land 6. The separator 5 has the protrusions 11, 11' fitted to the grooves 4, 4' and its tip part has the structure wherein the neighboring resin passages intercalating the separator are overlapped in front and back of the separator. Resin flowing along the both sides of the separator 5 are overlapped in the width expressed in l, and the oblique fusion bonding line is formed, so the fusion bonding strength is improved. |
