PURPOSE:A precision sliding part for a watch, etc. exhibiting excellently lubricating performance for a long period of time without oiling, which is prepd. by forming on a surface a specified composite coat in which a fine solid lubricating particle is dispersed. CONSTITUTION:A fine solid lubricating particle such as MoS2, WS2 or a fluorohydrocarbon resin of average particle size about 0.02-5mu is dispersed in a soln. of an organometallic compd. such as Al(OC3H7)3, CH3Si(OCH3)3 or Ti(OC3H17) and an org. polymeric compd. such as vinyl chloride or phenol resin. After the obtd. dispersion is applied to the surface of a frictionally sliding part by immersion, spray, etc., it is dried and baked, forming a solid lubricating coat. |
