Insulated plaster board panel floor - has underside roughened light intermediate panels on base of cork scrap

The layer of loose bulk material, and dry-coated covering of panels, pref. with plaster content, make up a floor. Bulk material in the form of cork pieces (2) is applied to the underfloor. A lightweight panel (3), with pronounced roughening on the surface facing this, is laid on it, with this panel's outward-facing side connected to a plaster fibre panel (4). The light panel can be of wood wool bonded with cement or magnesite. A layer of plaster can the two panels together. This is well insulated for heat, noise and tread resonance, and heavily loadable while comparatively thin, and is easily laid without skilled labour.
