摘要 In an electrical balance on the principle of electromagnetic force compensation, having a load pan receiving the weighing material, a live coil in the field of a permanent-magnet system for generating a load-proportional counterforce, an incorporated raisable/lowerable calibrating weight, evaluation electronics and a display for the weighing result, the calibrating weight (18) is not balanced in terms of weight and in the evaluation electronics (27) there is a memory element (17), in which the individual weight value of the calibrating weight (18) is stored digitally. The calibrating weight (18) is installed centrally underneath the load pan (3). The mass of the calibrating weight is selected so that, when the calibrating weight is being lowered, the balance is loaded at 90 to 100% of the maximum load. This is achieved by means of a lever transmission. <IMAGE>
