PURPOSE:To make bonding of a voice coil easy, by making etching to a composite plate and remaining a metallic plate to a circumference fixed part, in a dynamic type speaker fitting the voice coil to the composite plate of the metallic plate and plastic and fixing the circumference. CONSTITUTION:In a vibration diaphragm 1, a composite plate of a metallic plate and plastic is etched, a circumference pattern section 2, voice coil leads and patterns 3a, 3b are formed and metallic plate is left. A voice coil 4 is fixed to the center of the diaphragm 1, and the ends of the coil 4 are welded to the patterns 3a, 3b. The pattern 3a is connected to the pattern 2 and led to a projection 6 of the diaphragm 1. Another pattern 3b is also led to the projection 6. By providing the pattern 2 like this, the bending is not caused to the disphragm 1 and the bonding of the coil 4 is made easy. Further, the production of unnecessary oscillation mode can be prevented, by uniformly supporting the diaphragm 1. |
