CONSTITUTION:When a motor 146 is operated, moving bases 95, 111 move in one body to the left along a rail 93, simultaneously, a motor 243 is also operated, a chain 242 runs, and moving bases 203, 211 move in one body to the right, being supported by a roller 202. When the moving bases 95, 111 move to the left end, the operation of the motor 146 stops. In this case, a lower fixture 101 for the A car model is switched to a lower fixture 117 for the B car model. On the other hand, when the moving bases 203, 211 move to the right end, the motor 243 stops, an upper fixture 204 for the A car model is switched to an upper fixture 212 for the B car model. In this way, the switching is performed in a short time, therefore, it is possible to produce both the A and B car models by keeping pace with each other, without stopping the line entirely. |
