PURPOSE:To newly install only a spot welder corresponding to variation in case of a model change, and to reduce a waste equipment, by separating a multispot welder functioning as an exclusive machine, from a welding robot group functioning as a general-purpose machine. CONSTITUTION:A front floor A is assembled by means of tack welding by a multispot welder 5, and an engine compartment E and a rear floor R are assembled by a multispot welder 3 and a multispot welder 7, respectively. Said engine compartment E, front floor A and rear floor R are tack-welded in a tunnel part of the floor by a multispot welder 9. In stages 2d, 2e, 2f, 2g... of the lower flow side from the welder 9, plural welding robots 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d... perform additional welding to welding points which have not been welded by the multispot welders 3, 5, 7 and 9. |
