PURPOSE:To cancell nonlinear distortion of a DA converter, by applying a DA converter output to an operational amplifier with a feedback circuit having frequency characteristics. CONSTITUTION:When a large amplitude triangle wave deflecting beam is generated at a DA converter, a nonlinear distortion depending on the frequency and amplitude of the triangle wave is produced. This triangle wave is applied to a terminal 2. Since a current I2 is positive when the triangle wave increases, the output voltage is decreased by the current I2, and since a capacitor C is discharged when the triangle wave decreases, the current I2 is negative and the output voltage increases by the I2. As the frequency of the triangle wave increases, the amount of reduction and increase is greater, allowing to cancel said nonlinear distortion. |
