<p>The retractable cover is for a sofa convertible into a bed. The cover or top of the bed (1) is folded and secured by lock (2) into a cover for the sofa backrest and seat (3,5) while the cross-beam (6) is retracted into a recess (C) formed in the sofa when in the sitting position. The locks can be formed by detachable slides forming a pocket enclosing the backrest, while the front flap of the cover fits inside the cross-beam in the recess and then extends over the seat surface, its outside portions folding inwards.</p> |
