<p>The frame aids the hanging of wallpaper, and is attached to a stepladder. It comprises a movable rod (T3) held in position by arms (T1,T2), with fixing clamps (1) and a pivot (2). The clamps allow sliding horizontal movement, and subsequent locking, of a horizontal supporting rod on the stepladder legs. The hinge can be arranged to allow the vertical supporting arm to be fixed on the horizontal, while a further hinge allows the movable component to be swung down from the horizontal to the vertical position.</p> |
