CONSTITUTION:The height of a rotor 200 is adjusted to the carriage line height of a material 6 to be checked with the handle 218 of a mechanism 217 for height adjustment, and the material 6 to be checked is run through the rotor 200. At this time, the rotor 200 is displaced up and down, and right and left in parallel and in three dimensions with degrees (a) and (b) of freedom given by pin joints 206 and 207 of link members 203 and 204. With regard to the inclination of the curvature of the material 6, the reduction part 108B of a guide is placed as close to a rotary probe holder 104 as possible, and it is absorbed by the gap between the external diameter of the material 6 and the internal diameter of a holder 104. |
