PURPOSE:To use an inexpensive transformer, by separating an input pulse signal into two pulses of opposite phase and with narrow width, transmitting them via the transformer and synthesizing them after transmission. CONSTITUTION:An input pulse A is logically processed with a clock pulse B at an AND gate 1 and also with the inverted clock pulse B at an AND gate 2 to form pulses C, D having the width of inverted clock pulse B. After the pulses C, D are transmitted via pulse transformers 4, 5, they are synthesized at an OR gate 6 to form a pulse E of the same width as that of the input pulse A. Since the width of the pulses applied to the pulse trnsformers 4, 5 is narrow, the transformers can be low in the cost. |
