<p>PURPOSE:To continuously produce laminated sheets excellent in the electrical properties and the resistance to heat, by applying intermittently pressure repeatedly to a prescribed number of laminated prepregs. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of prepregs 6 (for example; of kraft paper impregnated with a phenol resin) are placed between a stationary heating plate 7 and a movable heating plate 4 (the reference numeral 1 refers to a crank apparatus, 2 refers to a crank shaft, and 3 refers to a heating plate fixing device) with parting papers 5, 5 interposed. An instanteneous pressure is repeatedly applied onto the prepregs under a pressure of approximately 10-200kg/cm<2> at a temperature of approximately 100-300 deg.C (the pressuring period is about 0.01-10sec and the pressure relieving period is about 0.01-10sec), while during the pressure relieving period the prepregs are advanced to continuously produce the laminated sheet.</p> |
