PURPOSE:To form a guide path forming surface with gross roughness by forming with a metal mold said surface formed by resin concrete surface intself while turning upside down a molding flask to cast the concrete. CONSTITUTION:A molding flask 21 is turned upside down to direct the upper portion of a bed downward and mounted on a surface table 22. A metal mold 23 shaped to mate a table guide surface 12 and receiving recess 18 is arranged on the bottom of the molding flask 21, i.e. the surface table 22, and also a wooden pattern 24 shaped to mate a supporting portion 13 of the upper surface of the bed and a coolant receiving portion 17 is arranged on said table 22. After the molding flask 21 is set under such condition, compact resin concrete mixture C1 of well mixed resin concrete with a specified composition and aggregates having well-wetted surface of frame bone is cost until the surfaces of the metal mold 23 and wooden pattern 24 are concealed, and after the surface is flattened, the mixture C1 is vibrated to extract air in some degree. |
