摘要 The invention relates to a low-pressure gas-discharge lamp, especially a fluorescent lamp, consisting of an inner vessel, which guides the discharge, and an outer bulb, which is sealed in a vacuum-proof manner. The aim and object of the invention are to increase the light yield of low-pressure gas-discharge lamps without increasing the stress on the fluorescent coating. This is achieved according to the invention in that the inner vessel, which is arranged in the outer bulb, has a surface through which the discharge can pass. The ratio of the volume of the outer bulb to the volume of the inner vessel is at most 30. The ratio of the volume of the permeable surface to the surface of the inner vessel guiding the discharge is designed such that a defined discharge path is ensured, the permeable surface being directed predominantly towards the wall of the outer bulb, depending on the geometrical shape of the inner vessel. At least one of the surfaces of the inner vessel, or the inner surface of the outer bulb, is coated with fluorescent material. Furthermore, the inner surface and outer surface of the inner vessel and the inner surface of the outer bulb are coated with fluorescent material.
