PURPOSE:To enhance productivity of the laminated core and to obtain excellent characteristics by constituting the laminated core by two divided cores of a coupling core which is a central leg around which a coil is wound and an annular retaining core constituting another magnetic path, providing couplng surfaces at the central part of the retaining core so that they face to each other, and coupling the coupling surfaces at both ends of the central leg thereto. CONSTITUTION:The laminated core is constituted by the coupling core 1 which is the central leg around which the coil 3 is wound, and the annular retaining core 2 having a coil window which accommodates said core 1. At the inside of a yoke part 2a of the core 2, the couling surfaecs 2b which receive the punched surface of the core 1 are provided. Both ends of the core 1 around which the molding coil 3 is wound are coupled in said coupling surfaces 2b and fixed. The positions of caulking projections 4 are selected so as not to interfere the winding of the coil 3. Notches 7 are provided to impart elasticity to the core 2 at the outsides of the yoke part 2a of the yoke 2. Thus the production is simplified and the core is suitable for automation. |
