PURPOSE:To fill catalyst simply without increasing the height of a reactor by placing a roller conveyor and moving with the roller conveyor in mounting a catalyst block on a specified position. CONSTITUTION:A catalyst block is mounted on a truck provided with a lifting table, and after moving to a specified position on a catalyst supporting beam, the catalyst block is placed on a specified position and filled. In this case, a roller conveyor 18 consisting of rollers 14 and a roller conveyor frame 15 is installed and the trucks 5 are arrange in a row on the supporting beam. Shifting of the catalyst block to a specified position is made by the roller conveyor 18. By this way, the space in the upper part of the catalyst can be reduced and the structure of inside of the reactor can be simplified. |
