PURPOSE:To display a message signal of ''violence of regulation'', by providing a timer circuit which detects a message signal against the regulations at the recording or playback of the message signal. CONSTITUTION:A telephone automatic response device records a message signal to be transmitted on a response tape and plays back the message signal through being started with a callout signal from the caller. A timer circuit 36 constitutes the 1st detection circuit which discriminates if the message signal at a time determined with the regulations or more is recorded, and a voice control circuit 33 constitutes the 2nd detection circuit which discriminates the presence of non- signal corresponding to the time determined with the regulations in the message signal or less. Display circuits 45, 48 continuously allow lamps 46, 49 to emit light with the power supply voltage at normal operation and intermittently allow the lamps 46, 49 to emit light through the output of astable multivibrators 44, 47 in case of failure. |
