<p>PURPOSE:To make the weight of a vibration diaphragm light and to increase the sound radiation efficiency, by forming a vibration diaphragm base, through the lamination of polyurethane resin film on the base cloth with polyurethane adhesives. CONSTITUTION:While a rolled mold detaching paper 9 is sequentially fed, polyurethane resin 10 is coated on the surface, and make it uniform with a doctor 11 and dried at a dryer 12 to form a polyurethane resin film 13. A polyurethane adhesives 14 is coated on the surface of the film 13, it is uniformed with a doctor 15 and a bonding layer 16 is formed. While the base cloth 17 is sequentially fed, the base cloth 17 and the film 13 are pressed with a roller 18 via the adhesive member layer 16. Next, it is dried at a dryer 19 to form a diaphragm base member 20. Thereafter, the base member 20 is heated in a metal mold and pressed into dome, to obtain a dome type speaker diaphragm.</p> |
