PURPOSE:To cut a nonmagnetic metallic bobbin shaped to a predetermined form to a desired shape, to facilitate cutting to the desired shape and to improve magnetic characteristics by winding an amorphous magnetic metallic thin-plate on the bobbin and pressure-welding and fixing an outer side surface of the thin- plate wound by means of caulking member. CONSTITUTION:When manufacturing the cut core of an amorphous magnetic alloy thin-plate magnetic core, effective permeability thereof is 500 or higher, collar-shaped guide sections 3, 3' are integrally molded together with a winding core section 2, caulking pawls 4, 4' are formed to each of the guide sections 3, 3', and the nonmagnetic metallic bobbin is manufactured. The amorphous magnetic alloy thin-plate 5 is wound on the bobbin, the outer side surface of the thin-plate wound is pressure-welded and fixed by means of the caulking pawls 4, 4', and the bobbin is cut to the desired shape. Cutting to the desired shape is facilitated while decreasing the loss of the magnetic core, and the cut core 7 having excellent magnetic characteristics is manufactured. |
