摘要 <p>A laser spectrophone for optical analysis of gas spectra uses frequency tunable laser sources. It enables temp. range including in gas heated to 800 deg.K and to 100 deg.K over long periods of at least several hours. A working chamber has optical windows passing the laser beam with a temp. regulator and associated temp. measurement and variation elements. A capacitive microphone is arranged in a channel communicating with the working chamber. The length of this channel is between 8 and 10 times its cross-sectional dia. Its volume is at least 50 times less than that of the working chamber. The temp. variation in the chamber is achieved by both heating and cooling devices.</p>
