PURPOSE:To improve the dependence on power supply voltage and temperature at a low output level, by adding a compensation circuit consisting of transistors and resistors to an emitter coupling logical circuit of low power supply voltage. CONSTITUTION:An input potential VIN is supplied to the base of a transistor TRQ1, and a reference potential VBB is to the base of a TRQ2, respectively and the emitter is connected to the 2nd potential VEE via a resistor R3, and TRs Q1,Q2 are connected to the 1st potential Vcc via resistors R1,R2. The collector of the TRQ1 is connected to the base of an emitter follower TRQ3, the collector of a TRQ3 is to the potential Vcc and the emitter is to an output terminal O1, respectively. A compensation circuit S consisting of a TRQ10,R10 is connected to the collectors of the TRs Q1,Q2. When a potential VIN is at high level, the terminal O1 shows an inverting output of a low level. since a constant voltage characteristic is provided for a voltage between the base and emitter of the TRQ10, the collector potential of the TRQ1 is clamped with respect to the variance of the collector current of the TRQ1, the power supply voltage dependency of the output level is improved, and the variance of the output level due to temperature change can be improved. |
