PURPOSE:To achieve a sure operation without any restriction independently of types of relay exchanger with a simple constitution, by detecting an instantaneous wave generated at another end through open end, in a cable transmission and using it as restoration informing signal. CONSTITUTION:Since restoration switches 2, 8 are closed during the use of line, a current flows to a detection section 12 through a non-polarity part 10 and no output appears at output terminals 13, 14. When a restoring state is obtained by opening the switch 2, an instantaneous wave is induced and transmitted and outputted at the output terminals 13, 14 of the section 12. Thus, sure and quick detection can be made economically independently of types of relay exchanger without polarity and adjustment. |
