PURPOSE:To stabilize an output voltage of a DC/DC converter by supplying power to secondary load when a switching trandsistor is ON, and storing excitation energy in a transformer, thereby supplying this energy to the load in OFF state. CONSTITUTION:When switching transistor Tr, and output controlling transistor Tr1 are both ON, power is applied to a load R via diode D2 and a transistor Tr1. When the transistor Tr is OFF and transistor Tr1 is ON, a load current is supplied via the excitation energy of a transformer T2 via a diode D3 and the transistor Tr1. When the transistors Tr, Tr1 are ON, the excitation energy of the smoothing inductance is supplied to the load R through the diode D4, and further the excitation energy remaining in the transformer T2 is regenerated to the power source via the diode D1. In this manner, stable output voltage having less ripple can be obtained. |
