PURPOSE:To simply form a closed loop with coil strand by bonding all strands of the end face of a coil unit with conductive member, and then forming a slot for insulating between the peripheral strands, thereby securing the insulation between the peripheral strands. CONSTITUTION:A coil unit 23 is formed by winding coil strands 18 insulated from each other in inner and outer cylinders of the prescribed length. The end of the coil unit 23 is dipped in a molten solder tank, and solder 25 is attached to the all radial and peripheral surfaces including the coil strands 18 of inner and outer cylinders at the end of the coil unit 23. Then, the solder 25 at the part adjacent to the strands 18 is cut and removed to form a slot 26. As a consequence, the periphral strands 18 are insulated from each other via the slot 26 and the insulating layer 19, and the coil strands 8 are continuously connected with the remaining solder 25 to form a closed loop. |
