<p>PURPOSE:To adhere a metal member and a resin member securely and easily, by a method wherein an adhesive agent is dropped onto surface of the belt shaped metal member traveling at constant speed and passed through a bobbin on which an induction heating coil is wound, and the metal member is sufficiently heated at induction heating. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive agent 13 is dropped onto a metal member 11 and passed through a bobbin 10 on which an induction heating coil 14 is wound. Current of high frequency is supplied to the coil 14 and line of magnetic force is produced, thereby the metal member 11 within the bobbin 10 is heated and the dropped adhesive agent is melted and spreaded on surface of the metal member 11. The adhesive agent is damp-dry when it is taken out of the bobbin 10, therefore a resin member 19 and the metal member 11 in belt shape are grasped by rollers 18 and adhered with each other.</p> |
